1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup crushed nuts (such as walnuts or pecans) for coating

Fresh herbs (like parsley) for garnish

Prepare the Zucchini: Start by grating the zucchinis. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, and squeeze out the excess moisture. This step is crucial for preventing the cheese ball from becoming soggy.

    Mix the Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan. Stir until well incorporated.
