2 packets of frozen açaí puree (unsweetened)

1 ripe banana (frozen, sliced)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/4 cup granola

2 tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Fresh fruit slices for topping (kiwi, strawberries, more banana)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra texture and nutrition)

Instructions
 

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the frozen açaí puree, frozen banana, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and honey or agave syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Start blending on a low setting to break up the frozen ingredients, then increase the speed as everything combines.

    Check Consistency: If the mixture is too thick and can't blend well, you can add a splash more coconut milk to help. The goal is a thick but pourable consistency reminiscent of soft-serve ice cream.

      Assemble the Bowl: Pour the açaí mixture into a bowl. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out and create a flat surface for toppings.
