1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)

Prep the Ingredients: Start by washing the bell peppers and slicing them into strips. Slice the onion and mince the garlic. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Make sure the oil is hot before adding the sausage to get a nice sear.

      Cook the Sausage: Add the sausage pieces to the hot pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
