This delightful recipe combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy Alfredo sauce all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. It’s a dish that never fails to bring smiles and satisfaction, whether it’s a cozy weeknight dinner or a fun gathering with friends.

Savory Chicken Bacon Alfredo Roll-Ups

This easy recipe wraps tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy Alfredo sauce in warm tortillas, creating a comforting meal perfect for weeknights or gatherings. 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup of Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

2 large flour tortillas or spinach wraps

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, spinach, Alfredo sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.

    Assemble Roll-Ups: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, spreading it out evenly but leaving space at the edges. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling.

      Cook Roll-Ups: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

        Serve: Remove the roll-ups from the skillet and let them cool for a few minutes before slicing them into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
