1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Avocado Crema:

1 ripe avocado

½ cup Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lime

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

For the Tacos:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.

    Make the Avocado Crema: In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside.
