2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thinly)

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 green bell pepper (sliced)

1 medium onion (sliced)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 ripe avocado (sliced)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

    Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until they begin to soften. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
