Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup granola (for topping)

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for crunch)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until the spices are completely infused into the pumpkin.

Using a spoon or a spatula, gently swirl the pumpkin mixture into the yogurt mixture until you achieve a marbled effect. Be careful not to over-mix; you want to see swirls of orange and white.

Once combined, transfer the pumpkin yogurt swirl to serving cups or bowls, creating layers if desired.

Top each cup with a sprinkle of granola and a handful of chopped nuts for extra texture and crunch.

If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for added color and freshness.

Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors and firm up the mixture a bit.
