4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups broccoli florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 2 lemons

Zest of 1 lemon

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be the marinade for the chicken.

      Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl or a resealable bag. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes; if time permits, marinate for up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for more flavor.

        Prepare the Broccoli: Toss the broccoli florets in the remaining marinade, making sure they are well coated. Set aside.

          Combine in the Pan: In a large oven-proof skillet or baking dish, arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer. Add the broccoli around the chicken, if using a skillet. If in a baking dish, simply layer it on top.

            Bake: Place the skillet or baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.

              Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon slices for an extra burst of flavor. Serve warm and enjoy your flavorful one-pan meal!
