4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

5 cups fresh baby spinach

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
