1 cup fresh raspberries + extra for garnish

1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably plain)

1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

    Assemble Cups: Take small serving cups or dessert glasses and evenly distribute the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of each cup, pressing it gently to form a crust. Set aside.
