2 large bell peppers (any color)

1 can (12 oz) tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup finely diced red onion

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (or diced pickles)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)

Lettuce leaves (for garnish)

Toothpicks (for assembly)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Peppers: Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Cut them in half from top to bottom so you have mini pepper buns. Set aside.

    Mix the Tuna Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, celery, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, and dill (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Assemble the Sliders: Take one half of a pepper and fill it with a generous spoonful of the tuna salad mixture. Place a lettuce leaf inside for added crunch if desired. Top with the other half of the pepper to create a slider.
