6 mini bread rolls

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried parsley

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prep the Bread Rolls: Carefully cut off the tops of the mini bread rolls and hollow out the insides to create bowls. Set the tops aside for later.

      Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Assemble the Bowls: Brush the inside of each bread bowl generously with the garlic butter mixture. Then, fill each hollowed-out roll with shredded mozzarella cheese, pressing down lightly to compact the cheese.

          Top the Bowls: Place the tops of the bread rolls back on each stuffed bowl for added flavor and presentation.

            Bake: Arrange the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving hot.
