10 mini bell peppers (varied colors)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked pasta (farfalle or penne works well)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Peppers: Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Arrange them cut-side up in a baking dish.
