Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)

1 cup cooked chicken, diced

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated and set aside.

Prepare the Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet. Cut it into squares (approximately 3x3 inches) using a sharp knife.

Fill the Puffs: Place a teaspoon of the chicken Alfredo filling in the center of each puff pastry square. Be careful not to overfill, as this may cause the filling to leak during baking.

Seal the Pastry: Fold each pastry square into a triangle by bringing two opposite corners together. Press down the edges with a fork to seal them securely.

Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg. Brush the top of each pastry puff with the egg wash to achieve a golden-brown color when baked.

Bake: Arrange the sealed pastry puffs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they are puffed and golden.

Serve: Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy!: Serve warm as an appetizer or snack, and enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness packed inside these delightful mini pastry puffs!
