1 lb (450g) cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup green chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

1/2 cup black olives, sliced (optional)

1 cup mini pizza crusts or naan bread (about 8 pieces)

1/2 cup sour cream (for drizzling)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with green chili sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Prepare the Mini Crusts: If using naan bread, brush one side lightly with olive oil, and place them oiled side down on the prepared baking sheet. If using mini pizza crusts, place them directly on the sheet.
