Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

1 cup frozen yogurt (vanilla or your favorite flavor)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Extra Cinnamon Toast Crunch for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy and well combined (about 2-3 minutes).

Add the Egg and Vanilla: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

Create Cookie Cups: Grease a muffin tin lightly. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to portion the cookie dough into the prepared muffin tin. Press down slightly in the center to form a cup shape.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. The centers should look soft and slightly underbaked.

Cool and Form Cups: Allow to cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes before gently removing them. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.

Fill with Frozen Yogurt: Once the cookie cups are completely cool, fill each one with a generous scoop of frozen yogurt.

Top and Garnish: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each frozen yogurt-filled cookie cup. Finish by sprinkling extra Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top for added crunch and garnish.

Serve: Enjoy immediately, or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
