1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped (optional)

Silicone muffin molds or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Set aside.

    Mix the Yogurt: In another bowl, take the plain Greek yogurt and stir it gently to loosen it up. You want a creamy, smooth consistency for easy blending.

      Create the Swirl: Pour half of the yogurt into the coffee mixture, mixing until fully combined. Now you should have a coffee-chocolate yogurt mixture. Leave the other half plain.

        Layer the Mixtures: In your silicone muffin molds or prepared baking sheet, add a spoonful of the plain yogurt, followed by a spoonful of the mocha yogurt mixture. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together for a marbled effect. Don’t over-mix; you want to see distinct swirls.
