1 cup hazelnut coffee (brewed and cooled)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup Nutella or hazelnut spread

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts (for topping)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), brewed hazelnut coffee, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until everything is well combined and smooth.

    Add the Hazelnut Flavor: Gently fold in the Nutella or hazelnut spread until you form a marbled effect. Be careful not to over-mix as you want to see swirls of chocolate throughout the yogurt mixture.

      Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

        Pour the Mixture: Pour the hazelnut coffee yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

          Add Toppings: Sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts evenly over the top of the mixture. You can add more if desired for extra crunch!

            Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

              Slice & Serve: Once fully frozen, lift the yogurt slab out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Place it on a cutting board and cut into squares.
