Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for crust)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish to form an even layer. Set aside.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Swirl in Caramel: Reserve about 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce for drizzling on top. Gently fold the remaining caramel into the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to over-mix; you want to have lovely swirls of caramel throughout.

Pour the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the caramel-yogurt mixture over the crust in the baking dish, smoothing out the top with a spatula.

Add Final Touches: Drizzle the reserved caramel over the top and use a toothpick or knife to lightly swirl it into the yogurt mixture for a marbled effect.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.

Slice and Serve: Once frozen solid, let the slices sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before cutting them into squares. For extra flair, top with optional toppings like chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit before serving.
