Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup granola (optional, for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Add Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Prepare the Oat Base: In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. You can toast the oats in a dry skillet for a richer flavor if desired.

Layer the Cups: Take small cups or silicone molds and add a layer of the oat mixture at the bottom, pressing down gently. Then, spoon the yogurt and berry mixture on top, filling each cup to the brim.

Freeze: Place the cups in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the molds. If you're using paper cups, run them under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the yogurt cups. Optionally, top with granola and a sprig of fresh mint before serving.

Enjoy: These Berry Bliss Frozen Yogurt Cups can be enjoyed immediately or stored in the freezer for later. Simply let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before eating.
