Ingredients

1 ½ cups mini pretzel twists

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: whipped cream or additional strawberries for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Pretzel Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, blend the mini pretzel twists until finely crushed. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar, stirring until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Form the Base: Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone cups. Press about a tablespoon of the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom of each cup, making sure to create an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.

Make the Strawberry Yogurt Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the strawberries are evenly distributed.

Assemble the Cups: Spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture over the cooled pretzel crusts in the muffin tin, filling each cup to the top. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

Freeze the Cups: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen.

Serve: Once frozen solid, carefully remove the pretzel cups from the muffin tin. Top with whipped cream or additional strawberries if desired. Enjoy these delightful treats straight from the freezer!
