Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced strawberries and diced mango. Add the lemon juice and blend until smooth. If you prefer some small fruit pieces, blend until just combined.

Sweeten the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.

Layer the Cups: Take your favorite silicone molds or small cups. Start by adding a dollop of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each cup, spreading it evenly.

Add the Fruit Layer: Next, add a layer of the strawberry-mango puree on top of the yogurt. Use a spoon to slightly swirl the puree into the yogurt for a marbled effect.

Repeat Layers: Continue to layer by adding another dollop of yogurt followed by more fruit puree. Alternate until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of fruit puree on top.

Freeze: Place the filled cups in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: To serve, let the cups sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier removal. Gently pull on the silicone molds or run warm water over the outside of the cups, and then gently pop out the frozen yogurt cups.

Enjoy: Serve immediately, and enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat! You can also garnish them with extra diced strawberries or mango slices if desired.
