Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter for a twist)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup dried fruits (like cranberries, raisins, or apricots)

A pinch of sea salt (to enhance flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, making sure the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt-peanut butter mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle or square, about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruits, and a pinch of sea salt over the yogurt mixture. Gently press the toppings into the surface for better adhesion.

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, use the overhanging parchment paper to lift the bark from the baking sheet. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into pieces of your desired size.

Store Leftovers: Place any leftover pieces in an airtight container separated by parchment paper for future snacking, and store in the freezer.
