Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for extra crunch)

Mini muffin tins or silicone molds

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries into the yogurt base. If desired, you can cut larger berries like strawberries into smaller pieces for better distribution.

Mold the Bites: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into mini muffin tins or silicone molds, filling each cup about 3/4 full. If you like a bit of crunch, sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of each bite.

Freeze: Place the filled muffin tins or molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Remove from Molds: Once frozen, gently remove the Greek yogurt bites from the molds. If you’re using a metal muffin tin, you may need to run hot water over the bottom of the tin for a few seconds to help loosen them.

Serve and Enjoy: You can serve the bites immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy them as a refreshing snack or dessert!
