Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or your favorite chocolate)

1 cup mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons crushed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pistachios) for topping (optional)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base:

    - In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

      Melt the Chocolate:

        - In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate chips in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth. Make sure not to overheat it to avoid burning the chocolate.

          Assemble the Bark:

            - Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper.

              - Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

                Drizzle the Chocolate:

                  - Once the yogurt is spread out, drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt using a spoon or spatula. You can create a marbled effect by gently swirling the chocolate into the yogurt with a knife or spatula.

                    Add the Berries and Nuts:

                      - Evenly distribute the mixed berries over the yogurt and chocolate. If using, sprinkle the crushed nuts on top and finish with a light pinch of sea salt for that added flavor contrast.

                        Freeze:

                          - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.

                            Cut and Serve:

                              - Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet and peel off the parchment paper. Break or cut into pieces as desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
