Easy Grilled Chicken Flatbread Pizza

2 flatbreads or naan

1 cup cooked grilled chicken, shredded (seasoned with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Olive oil for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic glaze (optional for drizzling)

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Flatbreads: Brush one side of each flatbread with a light coating of olive oil. This will help them crisp up nicely on the grill.

      Grill the Flatbreads: Place the oil-brushed side of the flatbreads down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is warm and have grill marks. Flip them over.

        Add Marinara Sauce: Spread 1/4 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the grilled side of each flatbread.

          Layer the Ingredients: Top each flatbread with shredded chicken, followed by mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.
