Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), roughly chopped

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or cherries)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prep the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and cinnamon. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.

Incorporate Crunchy Elements: Gently fold in the granola, chopped nuts, dried fruits, and chia seeds (if using). Toss everything together until the yogurt mixture coats the other ingredients evenly.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 3-4 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or a zip-top bag for storage. Keep them in the freezer and enjoy them straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack!
