1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare chickpeas: In a bowl, rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This will help them become extra crispy.
