3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for added flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Leave the skin on for extra crispiness; cut each potato in half lengthwise, and then cut each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).

      Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well combined.

        Coat the Potatoes: Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the spice mix until they are evenly coated. Ensure each wedge is covered thoroughly for maximum flavor.
