1 lb baby carrots (or large carrots, cut into sticks)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the carrots: If using large carrots, peel them and cut them into even sticks, roughly 2-3 inches in length. Baby carrots can be used directly.

      Toss the carrots: In a mixing bowl, combine the baby carrots with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.

        Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs (if using).
