2 large eggs

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

        - In the first bowl, place the all-purpose flour mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper.
