8 oz. rotini or fusilli pasta

1 lb. cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumbers, diced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the rotini or fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
