2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

Pinch of salt

Toasted coconut flakes, for topping (optional)

Chopped macadamia nuts, for topping (optional)

Prepare the Mango Puree: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and lime juice. Blend until smooth. You can leave a few chunks if you prefer a bit of texture. Set aside.

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
