1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings like cooked sausage, bell peppers, or olives)

½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Flour (for dusting)

Olive oil (for brushing)

1 egg (for egg wash)

Sea salt (to taste)

Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

      Add Fillings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over one half of the dough. Layer the pepperoni (or your chosen toppings) on top of the cheese.
