Ingredients

12 oz. rotini pasta or any pasta of your choice

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and frozen peas (if using) to the Alfredo mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.

Layer the Bake: Spread half of the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Add the remaining pasta mixture and then top with the remaining cheese.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your cheesy, comforting dish!
