4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped finely

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika (for seasoning the chicken)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully integrated. Set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each breast, being cautious not to cut all the way through.

        Stuff the Chicken: Take about 1/4 cup of the broccoli and cheese mixture and carefully stuff it into each chicken breast pocket. Use toothpicks to secure the openings if necessary.

          Season the Chicken: Rub the outside of each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper for added flavor.

            Bake the Chicken: Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and registers an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
