Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Sauce (adjust for spice preference)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Chicken: If not using pre-cooked chicken, cook and shred about 2 cups of chicken breast.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavor: Stir in the Frank's RedHot Buffalo Sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Combine the Chicken: Add the shredded chicken, chopped green onions, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the dip mixture evenly into a 9x9 inch or similar-sized baking dish.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top of the dip.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
